Exchange and Return Policy 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days of the purchase date. It must be in unaltered condition, have no signs of wear or damage, in all original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. Any products purchased at a discounted price will be final sale. 

Warranty

Our manufacturing warranty includes:

• Correcting any manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase.

• Professional cleaning.

Our manufacturing warranty does not include:

• The discolouration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.

• Damage due to wear and tear such as worn or broken chains, bent rings or the loss of gemstones.

• Theft or loss of the jewellery.

Fine jewellery is made from strong, durable materials but is not indestructible or maintenance free. They are susceptible to damage through wear and tear or use. Normal wear, activities or trauma can cause possible damage to your jewellery, this is especially true for chains and rings, as they’re subject to daily pressure. Precious metals wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance.

All repairs are subject to a service fee.
